May 15, 2019 — Margaret Elizabeth Hardwick, 85, passed away May 8, 2019, at 12:45 a.m., of pancreatic cancer.
She was born in Sanger, Calif., and grew up in Fresno, Calif., where she attended San Joaquin Memorial High School.
Marge is survived by her husband, Rick Hardwick Sr.; her son, Mark Povio of San Antonio, Texas; her daughter, Marci Delurio of Campbell, Calif.; and her son, Mitch Povio of Aurora, Colo; her stepson, Kenneth Hardwick of Scots Valley, Calif.; stepson Rick Hardwick Jr. of Wheatridge, Colo.; and stepdaughter Louise Floyd of Sun Prairie, Wisc.; 22 grandkids and 7 great-grandkids.
Marge enjoyed entertaining, golfing, fishing, backpacking, hiking and hunting for agates at the beach and bowling. A few years ago, while in her late 70s, she bowled in five leagues.
Marge will be dearly missed by all; she was a wonderful and gracious woman. Life will not be the same without her.
