Larry Lynn Eubank, 83, passed away at home on Wednesday, July 12th, after battling cancer. His partner of 18 years, Linda Crowell, was by his side.

He was born in Lebanon, Oregon to Ada and Paul Eubank.  The youngest of five siblings, he grew up on the family land in Crow, Oregon. He married Shirley Wingo and they welcomed three sons.  Despite being blind most of his adult life, Larry did not let his degenerative eye disease define him.  He worked for the Bureau of Land Management, built pole barns and horse logged before retiring to Florence, Oregon in the early 1980’s.

Coast life suited Larry well and he ran a commercial fishing boat for years with a close friend.  Larry married his second wife Mary Lynn Rife in Florence and they remained together until her passing. 

Larry loved his family, fishing, and the Chicago Cubs.  He always had a joke ready and enjoyed telling and hearing a good fish story.

Larry is survived by his partner Linda Crowell and her family, his sons David (Tammy), Richard (Janice), Doyal (Charlotte), his first wife Shirley, his stepchildren, many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and friends near and far.
