Jack Lee Smith, 74, passed away on April 16, 2022

SMITH—Jack Lee Smith, 74, passed away on April 16, 2022, at his home in Florence, Ore., surrounded by loved ones.  

Jack was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and son. He was an avid surfer, fisherman and a hardworking man who loved the game of baseball.  

He was predeceased by Katrina Smith (beloved wife), and he left behind seven grandchildren, two daughters (Dani and Mistie Smith) and a son (Jacob Smith).  

As per Jack's request, no funeral or memorial service will be held.  

Burns’s Riverside Chapel Florence Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
