HALDANE—Andrew R. Haldane passed away on July 14, 2021, at home at the age of 93.

Andrew was born April 28,1928, in Pasadena, Calif., to parents Andrew and Edith Haldane.

He joined the Navy in 1944 during WWII. During his enlistment with the Navy, he was on the ship USS Tazwell, a ship that transported troops to the front line in the South Pacific. He was a proud Navy Sailor. He moved to Susanville in 1971. He went to work for LMUD when it was still CP National and retired in 1993.

He moved to Florence, Ore., in 2007.

Andrew enjoyed traveling and spending time with family. He was loved by many and will be missed.

Survivors include his wife, Sharon Haldane; sons Michael Haldane and Rob (Vickie) Haldane; stepsons Donnie Canada and Michael Canada; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and step-grandchildren.

Andrew was preceded in death by his first wife Joan Haldane and his parents Andrew and Edith Haldane.
