Byron Leroy Barnett pleaded guilty of Criminal Trespass and Theft and was sentenced to 14 days in the Florence City Jail. He must pay $155 in fines and not contact or be in or about the residence or place of employment of the victim.

Bailey Thomas Garwood pleaded guilty to Theft. He must pay $475 in fines and not contact or be in or about the residence or place of employment of the victim.

Joseph Quinten Holtsberry pleaded no contest to Criminal Trespass and Theft and was sentenced to two days in the Florence City jail. He must pay $580 in fines and not contact or be in or about the residence or place of employment of the victim.

Levi Piper Harris pleaded no contest to Criminal mischief and Theft. He must pay $520 in fines and not contact or be in or about the residence or place of employment of the victim.

Bryan Wayne Beaudro pleaded guilty to Harassment and was sentenced to two days in the Florence City Jail. He must pay $480 in fines and not contact or be in or about the residence or place of employment of the victim.

Dayton Charles Phillips pleaded guilty to Criminal mischief and Theft. He must pay $491 in fines and not contact or be in or about the residence or place of employment of the victim.

Timothy Williams Nichols pleaded no contest to Criminal Trespass. He must pay $425 in fines and not contact or be in or about the residence or place of employment of the victim.

Nov 21

Christian Elizabeth Cropper pleaded guilty to Theft and Criminal mischief and was sentenced to 10 days in the Florence City Jail. She must pay $730 in fines and not contact or be in or about the residence or place of employment of the victim.

Tyler Preston Scott pleaded no contest to Disorderly conduct. He must pay $600 in fines and not contact or be in or about the residence or place of employment of the victim.

Brandon Scott Nivilinszky pleaded no contest to Harassment.

He must pay $550 in fines and not contact or be in or about the residence or place of employment of the victim.

David Orville Ray pleaded no contest to Harassment by sexual contact. He must pay $350 in fines and not contact or be in or about the residence or place of employment of the victim.
