July 8, 2020 — Winners have been announced in Florence Habitat for Humanity’s first annual Fourth of July Porch Parade.
“Thank you to all who participated and our wonderful sponsors,” wrote Habitat Executive Director Janell Morgan on Habitat’s Facebook page. “We hope people were able to check out all the fantastic work.”
There were 19 total participants, including both residential homes and businesses.
The winner in the business category was New Friends Memory and Residential Care, 3321 Oak St.
There were three prizes for the residential category. First place winners were Dorothy Ramos and Rich Caywood on Lillie Circle, followed by Chuck and Stephanie McKenzie on Myrtle Loop in second place and Dick Mason on Fawn View in third.
“Way to go Dorothy and Rich!” Morgan said.
