Health professionals and government leaders strongly recommend minimizing face-to-face contact to slow the transmission of coronavirus. In response, Central Lincoln P.U.D’s offices are closed through March 31, however customer service and other staff will be available by phone during business hours.
“We know our customers depend on us to provide power reliably and safely,” said General Manager Randy Grove. “As a precautionary measure to protect the safety of our customers and employees we will be closed to the public, but available by phone Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Our customer service representatives are just a phone call away during these regular business hours. Of course, our crews will be available to respond to power outages as they have always been, day or night.”
While Central Lincoln is closed, it will not be disconnecting power, or charging late fees. “If you need help with your Central Lincoln bill, please call us at 877-265-3211. We’ll work with you to find a solution that fits your needs,” Grove stated.
Central Lincoln offers a wide variety of payment options for customers wishing to pay their bills online or over the phone. These include SmartHub and Pay Now (an online payment service) at clpud.org, a SmartHub app, or by Pay-By-Phone at 844-239-0076. Customers can pay by check or cash at a Central Lincoln drop box at our offices in Florence, Newport and Reedsport.
