Brooke (Lundeen) Lev-Sieger passed away on Sept. 13, 2021.

LEV-SIEGER—Brooke (Lundeen) Lev-Sieger, age 41, passed away on Sept. 13, 2021.

She was born in Eugene, Ore., to Ed and Karla Lundeen on June 21, 1980. Brooke lived all but one year of her childhood in Florence, Ore. At the age of three, she and her family moved to Pittsburgh, Penn., where she received a life-saving liver transplant on March 28, 1984. They then returned to Florence. 

Brooke graduated from Siuslaw High School in 1999. 

Brooke gave birth to a baby girl, Noel Elaine Lundeen, on Dec. 14, 2002. She moved to Corvallis, Ore., in 2006. where she met and married Noah Lev-Sieger of Philomath, Ore., on Sept. 10, 2011. They spent their married life together raising Noel, in Philomath where they celebrated Noel’s graduation from Philomath High last spring amidst the beautiful array of flowers in Brooke’s backyard garden.

Brooke is survived by her mother (Karla), father (Ed), husband (Noah), daughter (Noel) and two brothers (Michael and Joel Lundeen).

Brooke’s Celebration of Life will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 10, 2021, at Martin Luther King Jr. Park (Walnut Barn), located at 4905 NW Walnut Blvd. in Corvallis, Ore. 

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Safe Haven Humane Society in Albany, Ore., and Donate Life Northwest at www.donatelifenw.org.
