April Culy-Neeper of Florence, Oregon went home to be with her Lord on February 15, 2023. She was born June 21, 1976, in Anaheim, California, and graduated from Katella high school. She later moved to Florence, where she spent the rest of her life. She enjoyed the beach way of life; taking long walks and drives, watching the sunset, and hanging out in Old Town.
She is survived by her parents Brian and Linda Culy, sister Becky Culy, her long-time companion and former husband Ward Large, daughter Summer (Large) McCarty, son Levi Large, and son-in-law Matthew McCarty. She is also survived by the loves and joys of her life; granddaughter Forrest McCarty and grandson River McCarty.
